📋 Description

• Support analytical aspects of business products and services life cycle • Collaborate with customers on complex data and reporting issues • Create data sets, operational reports, and analytical deliverables • Analyze data to determine business problems, trends, or opportunities for process improvements • Provide root cause analysis and corrective action plans • Ensure quality delivery of customer needs • Identify, document, and resolve risks, defects and issues • Analyze market trends for competitive insight to correlate into business value statements • Mentor Associate and Intermediate Data Analysts • Act as subject matter expert on moderately complex projects • Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management. • Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in Data, Product and Technology Solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Technology • 3 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma • 3 years of experience in Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry • Experience with Sales & Marketing analytics • Strong Analytical Skills • Strong Problem-Solving Skills • Strong Communication Skills • Report Writing • SQL • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
