📋 Description
• Lead and provide expertise to technological innovation as part of the underwriting transformation • Continue innovating product technology to address aging technology • Set the technical direction across teams on what to build and how to integrate • Perform management responsibilities including hiring and coaching • Plan, organize, and manage operations of the team • Drive implementation of analytics, tools, and workflow decisioning • Oversee tools and decision support capabilities to enable actionable insights • Collaborate on underwriting technology portfolio, roadmap, and vendor strategy • Shape product technology strategy and roadmap based on underwriting expertise
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years with Leadership role multi-layer teams • 7 years of experience with Technology transformation leadership • 5 years of Underwriting and/or revenue generation experience • 5 years of Actuarial pricing experience
