📋 Description
• Design, develop, customize and implement finance-related systems • Collaborate with IT and finance to meet business requirements • Conduct end-user training and ensure financial modules function effectively • Analyze complex data sets and prepare statistical reports • Consult with customers on complex technology projects • Lead client enterprise transformation programs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or closely related discipline • 5 - 7 years of Accounting, Finance, or Business Analyst experience • 3 - 5 years of Health Insurance or Healthcare Industry experience preferred • Proficiency in EPM/Oracle, Data Integration or Power BI • Analytical Skills
