• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis functions • Develop annual budgets and financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals • Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports and variance analyses • Identify financial performance drivers and develop actionable insights • Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analyses and scenario modeling • Collaborate with business unit leaders to evaluate initiatives • Manage FP&A systems and tools • Drive continuous improvement of financial systems
• BA or BS in Accounting or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or FHFMA preferred • 7+ years of directly related experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities • Experience with Managed Care insurance offerings • Expertise in financial analysis of healthcare and/or insurance industry • Experience managing and optimizing the organization’s FP&A technology stack, including Oracle Cloud ERP • Demonstrated proficiency retrieving and manipulating large data sets (SQL) • Ability to translate strategic and organizational objectives into financial needs • Proven track record of managing projects, initiatives, and accountabilities within a team • Knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting helpful
