📋 Description

• Responsible for the effective management of the Infrastructure Engineering team • Manage maintenance processes, capacity planning, disaster recovery planning • Act as a liaison to internal customers across the organization • Develops and manages policies and procedures focused on stabilization, standardization, automation, and simplification of IT Infrastructure operations • Serves as a liaison and primary point of contact for cross-functional internal teams • Collaborates with IT leadership to determine disaster recovery scenarios and mitigation strategies • Assists Director, IT Infrastructure to develop and manage yearly operating and capital budgets specific to IT Infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years Information Technology experience, preferably with regards to IT Infrastructure with increasing responsibilities in a leadership roles. • Experience with financial budgeting. • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certification preferred. • Scrum or Agile certifications preferred. • Microsoft, VMware, Palo Alto, and/or Cisco Professional certifications preferred.
