📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for sales in Austria • Develop the sales strategy • Lead and coach the sales team • Responsible for revenue, growth and profitability • Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy • Build and develop long-term relationships with strategic customers • Responsible for achieving sales targets, activity levels, forecasting, KPIs and performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in healthcare/clinic sales in Austria • Proven track record in market development and revenue responsibility • Experience with hospitals, purchasing consortia and complex decision-making structures • Ability to build, develop and scale teams • Strategic strength combined with strong execution skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear results orientation • Confident presence at decision-maker level • Experience with KPIs, forecasting and CRM systems • Excellent German and English skills • Willingness to travel within Austria
