📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and maintain IT hardware and network systems across job sites • Provide hands-on support for end users, including troubleshooting connectivity, hardware, and software issues • Perform preventative maintenance, updates, and repairs on IT systems • Support implementation of site technology, including cameras, access control, and project communication systems • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure field systems align with company security standards • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and service tickets • Provide timely and professional communication to end users and leadership • Travel to job sites as required to support ongoing IT operations

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 1–3 years of IT experience in a field support or infrastructure role • Working knowledge of networking, Windows systems, and hardware troubleshooting • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed • Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth
