📋 Description

• Support country programs in submitting high-quality proposals and donor deliverables • Ensure compliance with donor rules, regulations, and IRC systems and processes • Manage a portfolio of awards for the Asia region, including USG, UN, GAC, World Bank, Australian DFAT, and Gulf donors • Review, provide feedback on, and ensure timely submission of narrative and financial reports • Guide country offices in award amendments, modifications, sub-grants, and partnership agreements • Advise country teams on post-award issues and donor compliance • Lead negotiation of award agreements with donors, IRC entities, and partners • Guide country offices on partnership management and the PEER System • Monitor projects through visits, implementation meetings, and targeted calls • Coordinate with compliance, finance, technical, legal, and other IRC teams • Support proposal development, quality assurance, compliance reviews, and post-submission debriefs • Maintain complete electronic files and internal trackers • Manage donor relationships and represent IRC in regional meetings and stakeholder networks • Support staff training, onboarding, work-process development, and lessons-learned activities • Contribute to regional and AMU strategic priorities and perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• Degree, preferably in International Relations, Refugee or Migration Studies, Development Studies, Public Policy, or equivalent experience • Fluency in English, both spoken and written • Experience with and a strong understanding of USG and UN donor requirements strongly preferred • Understanding of other public donors is a plus • Good understanding of humanitarian aid and development programming • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team and handle a multifaceted workload • Good financial management and budgeting skills • Ability to analyze and synthesize information • Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and ability to learn quickly • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural environment • Ability to work independently in a very fast-paced environment • Flexible work attitude and calm manner • International work experience in the Global South is a plus • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Outlook, and Excel • Ability to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice and to insecure areas • Experience working at a distance and supporting field-based staff • Experience writing, reviewing, and editing narrative and financial reports • Excellent attention to detail • Must adhere to IRC Way standards and related safeguarding, conflicts of interest, fiscal integrity, and reporting policies
