📋 Description

• Oversee and ensure accuracy of the full accounting cycle, including invoice posting, payment processing, and reconciliations • Post Italian passive invoices and review the registration of foreign passive invoices • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Perform tax compliance duties, including VAT returns and tax filings • Liaise with external consultants and tax advisors • Manage treasury activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank account management, and payment execution • Support budgeting and forecasting processes with reliable financial data and insights • Support group-wide projects and initiatives, including ERP systems and new tools • Collaborate across functions and countries on finance-related matters

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience working with Italian companies • Strong technical Excel skills • Proficient in English • 2+ years of experience in similar roles • Experience with Oracle NetSuite (nice to have) • Proficiency in AI tools applied to finance and accounting workflows (nice to have) • Proficient in Italian (nice to have)
