📋 Description

• Build and maintain features end-to-end, from Rails API endpoints and background jobs to React Native screens and components • Ensure a seamless experience across iOS and web • Contribute to architecture decisions and advocate for simplicity and maintainability • Uphold high standards through code reviews, testing and clean abstractions • Integrate with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Stripe and other third-party services • Handle OAuth flows, webhooks and data synchronization reliably • Participate in deployment pipelines using Kamal on GCP • Work on background job processing, monitoring and observability • Keep the product stable and performant in production • Collaborate with product and design to turn user needs into technical solutions • Synchronize with the broader Kolsquare engineering team to leverage shared data and mutualize features

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Ruby/Rails • Relevant experience with React, preferably React Native • Ability to shape technical direction and establish robust foundational architecture • Autonomous, organized and proactive • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to leverage AI to optimize output quality and quantity • Empathy and ability to work with people from different backgrounds • Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration ability • Fluent in English
