📋 Description

• Own the full employee lifecycle from pre-onboarding and day-one readiness through offboarding, exit conversations, and process closure • Support payroll coordination, compliance, and employee records across multiple jurisdictions • Maintain accurate people data in HiBob, Teamtailor, and Asana • Improve HR workflows using AI tools and propose process automations • Keep HR processes and records aligned with local labor law requirements across Italy, Spain, Germany, and other jurisdictions • Support drafting and reviewing employment contracts with labor law consultants • Proactively flag compliance and HR risks • Run engagement surveys, stay interviews, and pulse checks • Translate engagement data into recommendations for the Chief People Officer • Support salary-grid review and maintenance • Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR questions • Help coordinate promotion cycles and support dismissal processes when needed • Manage HR employer-branding activities, including candidate-experience surveys and internal communications • Contribute to broader HR projects, including offsites and internal events

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to generalist operations and people partnering activities • Experience working across multiple geographies and navigating different labor frameworks, cultural contexts, and employment norms • Experience supporting payroll coordination, compliance tracking, employee lifecycle administration, and benefits • Active day-to-day use of AI tools for drafting, research, process automation, and data analysis • Ability to identify opportunities to replace or improve manual HR processes with AI • Previous experience in a Tech industry product company, ideally a scale-up or mid-size tech company • Hands-on experience with HRISs such as HiBob • Hands-on experience with ATSs such as Teamtailor • Experience with workspace tools such as Confluence or OneDrive • Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira • Structured, analytical, and direct communication skills • Full professional proficiency in English • Italian is a strong plus • Please send your CV in English • Ability to work within a ±1 CET time frame • Familiarity with Italian, Spanish, or Mauritian labor law is an added value • Experience contributing to an HR backlog or people operations roadmap is an added value • Experience improving HRIS data quality is an added value
