📋 Description

• Join sales calls and deliver product demos for enterprise clients • Answer technical questions during negotiations • Guide clients through testing, setup, and technical onboarding • Serve as the main contact for high-level technical requests from enterprise clients • Handle requests by email and in technical calls, with or without the Customer Success Manager • Research, reproduce, and resolve complex issues • Collaborate with Product and Development on fixes and new features • Explain product limitations clearly and constructively to clients • Share technical knowledge with Sales and Customer Success colleagues • Support Consent Manager clients over time • Report to the Director of Customer Success and work closely with Sales and Product

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Technical Support, Technical Specialist, Solutions, or a similar role in a SaaS or hosting company • Native Italian and full professional English • Hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Experience with Google Tag Manager • Solid debugging skills using DevTools or Inspect Element • Ability to reproduce customer scenarios • Proven experience dealing directly with clients in writing and on calls • Clear and structured communication • Comfort collaborating with several teams at once • Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support clients in the US • German proficiency is a nice-to-have • Experience with WordPress or Shopify is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with privacy, compliance, or cookie consent topics is a nice-to-have • Knowledge of other front-end or back-end languages such as React or PHP is a nice-to-have • CV must be submitted in English
