📋 Description

• Proactively drive new business in the hotel segment through sourcing, engaging, and converting prospective clients • Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach and consultative demos through onboarding, implementation, and early results • Guide hotel partners in adopting PriceLabs effectively and achieving revenue impact • Build trusted relationships with hotel operators and management groups • Identify and execute opportunities to grow accounts and increase adoption across properties • Support ongoing client success • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Growth to refine messaging, outreach, and go-to-market motion for the hotel segment • Share field recommendations and insights to improve offerings for the hotel segment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality tech • Strong understanding of how hotel operators, revenue managers, and OTAs make decisions • Ideally, experience selling technology solutions such as RMS, channel managers, or booking engines to hotel groups • Preferred native Spanish or French proficiency • Fluency in English • Strong sales ability and interest in connecting with clients and understanding their needs • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset • Ability to interpret trends and support revenue growth strategies • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities • Ability to collaborate well with others • Curiosity and willingness to learn • Must reside in Europe, with preference for France, Spain, or Portugal • Must have a work permit
