📋 Description

• Orchestrate governance and rhythm for TGO strategy process • Design and manage TGO’s deployment processes • Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and other areas • Generate high-impact, executive-ready reports and presentations • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices • Develop and implement robust mechanisms to track performance against strategic goals and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field required • MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred • A minimum of ten 10 years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical industry and management consulting • Experience in leading enterprise-wide or functional strategy initiatives within a global environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple functions and regions • Strong understanding of financial principles and operational drivers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High energy, intellectually curious, and collaborative team player
