• Design the full curriculum and training materials for a two-module digital arts workshop • Develop Module 1 on digital visual arts production, including digital art tools, illustration, composition, editing, effects, and exporting artwork • Develop Module 2 on online distribution, branding, digital creative business, copyright, social media, e-commerce tools, and ethical AI use • Mobilize qualified trainers and resource persons • Organize a mentorship and peer-exchange session connecting at least three established digital arts professionals with emerging artists • Conduct inclusive outreach and recruit approximately 15–20 participants across Pakistan • Coordinate venue, equipment, registration, travel, accommodation and subsistence logistics with UNESCO • Deliver a minimum two-day hands-on, interactive workshop primarily in Urdu and/or English • Produce slides, toolkits and resource guides in Urdu and/or English • Collect participant data and administer pre- and post-training assessments • Ensure UNESCO-KFIT project visibility and use official UNESCO and Republic of Korea Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism logos • Submit an inception report, deliver the workshop, and submit a final report with outcomes, assessment results, feedback analysis, media and follow-up recommendations • Work under the authority of the Head of the UNESCO Office in Islamabad and direct supervision of the National Professional Officer, in collaboration with the International Expert in Culture and Heritage
• Master’s degree in Digital Arts or a field related to Cultural and Creative Industries • At least five years of proven experience in Digital Arts, digital production, or digital skills training for creative professionals • Excellent communication, analytical and report-writing skills • Knowledge of database packages • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint • Ability to take initiative and establish priorities • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Ability to work in a multicultural workplace and collaborate in a team • Fluency in English and Urdu • Experience collaborating with international organisations in the field of culture is desirable • Experience with gender-sensitive and inclusive outreach, facilitation and participant support is desirable • Excellent facilitation and adult-education/non-formal training skills are desirable
• Consultant contract for approximately three months • Remote work location • UNESCO-KFIT project visibility and collaboration with UNESCO • Competitive lumpsum fee quoted in PKR (amount to be proposed by the consultant) • Travel, accommodation and subsistence for participants travelling from outside the workshop location are coordinated for workshop participants
