• Support finalisation of six national case studies and two thematic papers; the preparation of the synthesis report; and the organisation of two webinars. • Review and provide extensive feedback on six national case studies and two thematic papers to improve and prepare them for copy-editing; verify accuracy of data; liaise with respective consultants; revise accordingly; ensure adherence to UIL style; copy-editing and design coordination. • Develop and finalise the synthesis report; refine the final version; ensure completion by end of 2025; coordinate with UIL Publication Unit on copy-editing and design. • Develop and implement the webinar series; draft concept note; organise two webinars; identify speakers; manage logistics and communications materials. • Deliverables: three finalised case study reports ready for copyediting and one webinar organized by 30 September 2025; two case study reports ready for copyediting and preparation for the November webinar by 31 October 2025; two finalised thematic papers ready for copyediting; first full draft of synthesis report ready for copyediting by 28 November 2025; finalised synthesis report by 22 December 2025.
• Master’s degree in education, preferably in teacher education, adult education, lifelong learning, education policy, or related fields in social sciences. • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in education, preferably one year in an international context. • Digital skills: Excellent skills in word processing, spreadsheet, presentation programmes, and data analysis software programmes. • Language Requirements: Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.
