📋 Description
• Performs targeted medical record reviews to monitor compliance with defined AHRQ Patient Safety Indicators (PSI). • Works closely with members of various clinical departments to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement. • Analyzes data, identifies opportunities for improvement, and communicates results to key stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years in a clinical setting providing direct patient care. • 2 years in a healthcare setting with focus in quality and process improvement. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
