📋 Description

• Ensure effective customer engagement and be the focal point of contact to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the cyber security maintenance contract scope • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute the contents of the cyber security maintenance contract and present contract deliverables report to both internally and externally (to the customer) • Providing guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders on cyber security best practices and incident response procedures • Execute part of the cyber security maintenance contract based on complexity of the scope of work while ensuring to meet customer’s KPI’s and discuss KPI performance with customer • Through consistent engagement, develop strong trust relationships with key contacts in the assigned accounts

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in a senior role. Proven experience in designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. • A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. • Experience with industry standards like IEC62443, NIS2. A history of incident response and crisis management experience. Involvement in industry cybersecurity networks and organizations.
