📋 Description

• Develop detailed product requirements and user stories, considering usability and technical feasibility. • Own the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and prioritized. • Own the team's roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs. • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences. • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and deliver product features on time. • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product strategy. • Partner with key business drivers on defining and documenting Product/Program roadmaps, leveraging business priorities, customer feedback, and industry direction. • Manage and prioritize competing product initiatives based on ROI and resource availability. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff. • Participate in cross-department collaboration. • Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve product goals and objectives. • Assist in driving the strategic direction of multiple product lines or complex products.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager role • Experience in a specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, reimbursement hub experience, physician’s office, healthcare setting, and/or insurance background preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities • Proficient keyboard skills • Competency in MS Word and Excel • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations • Detailed oriented and highly organized • Excellent interpersonal skills • Knowledge of pharmacy benefits, and medical benefits
