📋 Description
• Set up, repair and maintain medication/treatment carts, fax machines and other equipment • Troubleshoot and record service calls over the phone • Sourcing/ordering and tracking parts required for ongoing maintenance • Follow up with parts/equipment sent to the homes • Support onboarding and off boarding of homes • Local deliveries and pickups
🎯 Requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude • Proven ability to foster strong partnerships • Effective organization, planning, and time management skills • Fluency in written and spoken English • Strong interpersonal skills • Must maintain a good driving record • Must be self-directed requiring minimal supervision
