📋 Description

• Managing variably complex high-priority, cross-functional projects within the Consumer Experience organization • Ensuring project milestone deliverables are completed and approved at every stage of the project lifecycle • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, milestones, schedules, resource requirements, and deliverables • Proactively identifying, logging, and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies • Facilitating and leading cross-functional workgroups and stakeholder meetings • Tracking, compiling, and reporting on key project decisions and metrics • Supporting business owners in the development of program documentation for Quality, NCQA accreditation and other regulatory requirements • Managing program scope and executing the change control process to assess and control impacts to schedule and budget • Acting as a subject matter expert on project management, providing guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health care, patient experience, program management or a related field required • Five (5) years of experience in project or program management, leading complex, cross-functional initiatives required • Experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., health plan operations, quality, compliance) required • Demonstrated experience with process improvement methodologies and driving initiatives with measurable outcomes required • Experience with Stars, Quality, and/or NCQA accreditation preferred • Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies, processes, and tools • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint • Bilingual is a plus
