📋 Description
• Provide exceptional customer service • Create Service Orders • Direct the service request to the store nearest the customer • Respond to customer inquiries • Handle and resolve customer complaints • Follow up with customers and internal teams
🎯 Requirements
• 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite) • Easy access to the Alphaville area • Availability to work flexible hours • Experience in customer service (preferred) • Experience interacting with insurance companies (preferred)
