📋 Description

• Provide exceptional customer service • Open Service Orders (customer requests) and route them to the store nearest to the customer • Answer customer inquiries and handle complaints • Follow up with customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Suite) • Easy access to the Alphaville area • Flexible schedule availability • Possess an up-to-date medical certificate documenting a disability (PCD)
