📋 Description

• Provide an outstanding customer service experience • Create Service Orders (customer requests), routing the request to the customer's nearest store • Answer customer questions and handle complaints • Follow up with customers and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older • High school diploma (completed) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Easy access to the Alphaville area • Availability to work flexible hours/shifts • Possess an up-to-date medical report/certificate confirming disability (PWD)
