📋 Description

• Handle incoming partner requests, investigate them, make changes, and resolve them within service targets • Use and help improve internal tools to solve problems faster • Analyze data to determine what is happening when something looks wrong • Grow into larger problem solving and automation as confidence develops • Support airline partners and help keep them running smoothly on cargo.one’s platform

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled at a Portuguese university • Able to work 20 hours per week alongside studies • Structured approach to thinking and ability to explain reasoning • Clear spoken and written English communication • Curious about AI and already using it or willing to start • Reliable and detail-oriented • Experience with support or ticketing tools, spreadsheets and data, automation, or code is a bonus
