📋 Description
• Handle incoming partner requests - investigate them, make the change, and resolve them within our service targets, with guidance as you learn. • Use and help improve our internal tools to solve problems faster. • Dig into data to work out what is going on when something looks off. • Grow into bigger problem solving and automation as you build confidence.
🎯 Requirements
• You are enrolled at a Portuguese university and can work 20 hours per week alongside your studies. • You think in a structured way and can walk someone through your reasoning. • You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written. • You are curious about AI and already reach for it, or are keen to start. • You are reliable and pay attention to detail. • Any experience with support or ticketing tools, spreadsheets and data, or tinkering with automation or code.
