📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for an agile engineering team. • Design, develop, and deliver scalable Java applications using Java 17/21 and SpringBoot. • Build cloud-native, distributed, and event-driven solutions. • Lead technical design discussions and perform high-quality code reviews. • Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices. • Drive AI-assisted software development to improve quality and productivity. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system reliability and performance. • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver customer value.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Expert-level Java development experience (Java 17/21 preferred) • Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs • Experience building distributed, event-driven applications • Hands-on experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or similar messaging technologies • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, performance tuning, and debugging • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD practices • Passion for mentoring engineers and leading by example • Strong AI adoption mindset with experience using AI tools to accelerate software development.
