📋 Description

• Manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring our books are accurate, up to date, and tightly managed. • Processing supplier invoices and expenses, preparing payment runs, and maintaining accurate AP records. • Generating sales invoices, monitoring outstanding receivables, and following up on overdue balances. • Completing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. • Maintaining the fixed asset register and updating depreciation schedules. • Preparing and posting monthly journals for prepayments and accruals. • Ensuring accurate coding and posting of financial transactions. • Assisting with month-end routines and supporting the wider finance function as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years’ professional bookkeeping experience. • Working experience of iPlicit or a similar mid-size cloud based accounting system (Sage Intaact, Netsuite). • Good basic understanding of accounting concepts, including journals, ledgers, and reconciliations. • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day workload reliably. • Must operate as a self-employed contractor and invoice for services provided.
