📋 Description

• Lead the development of high-impact client projects within Cedar Pay product • Mentor engineers at a variety of levels • Independently identify, define, and solve complex technical problems • Architect, design, and implement highly scalable systems • Own key services relied upon by multiple engineering teams • Collaborate closely with product, design, and commercial teams • Champion clear and concise communication of technical concepts • Drive org-level changes to improve existing processes and infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years of professional software development experience • Proven ability to lead large, complex technical projects • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • A strong track record of mentoring engineers across all levels • Experience owning business-critical applications • Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment • Passionate about Cedar’s mission of improving healthcare financial experience.

🏖️ Benefits
