📋 Description

• Build, configure, and maintain Epic Hospital Billing workflows and system functionality • Support billing operations including charge review, claim edits, reimbursement, and denial management • Analyze billing workflows and recommend system improvements to enhance revenue cycle performance • Troubleshoot system issues and support end users with Epic HB-related questions or problems • Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and new functionality implementations • Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and testing plans • Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and technical teams to resolve billing and claim issues

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Certification – Required • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing as an analyst • Experience with Epic system build, configuration, and testing • Knowledge of hospital billing workflows including claims, reimbursement, and denial management • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
