📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive clinical education programs. • Support informatics-driven workflow optimization across oncology services. • Bridge between clinical operations, Epic informatics teams, and education functions. • Ensure oncology workflows are accurately reflected in system design and training content. • Design and develop comprehensive, role-based training programs for oncology and infusion services. • Create curriculum, course materials, simulations, job aids, and competency validation tools. • Partner with clinical leaders to document, analyze, and optimize oncology workflows. • Act as liaison between end users and IT/Epic teams to ensure workflow alignment. • Design and deploy structured, role-based training programs for specific oncology services. • Support go-live readiness planning, including training completion tracking and workflow validation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Experience in clinical education, instructional design, or healthcare training program development. • Experience in clinical informatics, workflow optimization, or EHR implementation environments. • Strong understanding of oncology workflows, with infusion/Beacon experience strongly preferred. • Experience with Epic EHR or similar healthcare information systems. • Ability to translate complex clinical workflows into training content and system requirements. • Experience supporting healthcare implementations, go-lives, or large-scale clinical system deployments. • Epic Beacon experience or certification strongly preferred. • Experience in oncology service lines (medical, surgical, radiation, infusion). • Prior experience in large health system implementations or enterprise-scale education programs. • Strong background in simulation-based learning or competency-based education models. • Experience working in academic medical centers or integrated delivery networks.
