📋 Description
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Cadence scheduling functionality • Support appointment templates, provider schedules, referral workflows, and access center operations • Collaborate with operational leaders and clinical teams to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions • Troubleshoot scheduling issues and support break/fix resolution in Cadence workflows • Participate in Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives • Support reporting and analytics related to scheduling access and utilization • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, documentation, and change control processes • Assist in training and supporting end users on scheduling workflows and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience as an Epic Analyst with Cadence certification required • Strong background in Epic scheduling build, configuration, and workflow optimization • Experience supporting large healthcare organizations or multi-site scheduling environments • Proven ability to work with operational stakeholders to improve access and scheduling efficiency
