📋 Description
• Support the build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Professional Billing applications • Collaborate with revenue cycle leadership, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders • Ensure efficient billing workflows, accurate charge capture, compliance with standards • Analyze billing workflows and recommend improvements • Troubleshoot system issues and support end users • Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and functionality implementations • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials • Collaborate with teams to resolve billing and claim issues • Support reporting and data validation related to billing activities
🎯 Requirements
• Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification – Required • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Professional Billing as an analyst • Experience with Epic system build, configuration, and testing • Knowledge of professional billing workflows including charge capture, claims, and reimbursement • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
