• Draft discovery, motions, and other legal documents. • Conduct document review and case triage. • Participate in depositions early in your tenure. • Manage deadlines and follow established processes and training protocols.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of litigation experience, with Employment litigation strongly preferred. • Excellent writing skills. • Strong time management skills and ability to manage competing projects and deadlines. • Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings. • Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative team culture.
