📋 Description

• Act as a technical leader for AI and software engineering within the iFood Benefits organization, collaborating across multiple squads. • Conduct in-depth technical analyses to identify optimization opportunities and propose scalable, resilient, high-performance solutions. • Drive innovation by experimenting with and implementing AI models and agents. • Support the development of the AI platform, ensuring reproducibility, engineering best practices, and technical governance. • Engage with stakeholders across departments, translating business needs into technical solutions. • Contribute to the evolution of operations and product, promoting the adoption of AI.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with applied Artificial Intelligence, including agents, orchestrators, and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangFuse, and CrewAI. • Strong proficiency in Python focused on developing AI solutions. • Experience in Full-Stack development with Node.js, React.js, Kotlin, Java, or related languages. • Proven experience in technical leadership and software development in high-complexity environments. • Deep knowledge of distributed systems architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable, highly available solutions. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
