📋 Description

• Evolve digital solutions for credit application processes • Improve the quality and organization of information • Reduce rework and increase efficiency • Accelerate customer response time • Develop credit application solutions with a focus on the commercial team's experience • Implement integrations between systems, ensuring data quality and consistency • Translate business needs into technical solutions • Ensure the quality, performance, and stability of deliveries • Actively participate in refinement sessions and technical decisions • Monitor and evolve the customer journey based on metrics and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis or related fields • Experience with backend development in Java and/or Python • Experience with AWS cloud • Knowledge of software development best practices • Experience with system integrations • Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
