📋 Description

• Serve as the technical reference for the team and partner areas • Actively participate in discovery, design, development, delivery and maintenance of solutions • Provide technical direction to team members • Ensure code quality and security • Ensure maintainability, reuse and sustainability of solutions • Ensure scalability, performance and resilience • Work with the PM on inceptions, prioritization, planning, and synchronization of deliveries • Foster ownership, autonomy and collaboration within the team • Encourage the use of AI to improve productivity and quality • Monitor productivity and efficiency metrics, contributing to their improvement • Analyze and communicate technical and operational risks • Lead RUN activities (environment monitoring, incidents, RPDs and changes) • Lead continuous improvement cycles (PDCA) within the RT and/or community • Take ownership and guide initiatives, for example: Tech Direction, FinOps • Broad role in technical leadership and influence, in addition to hands-on execution; provide strong support to the team in: organizing and prioritizing sprints and releases; technical alignment with peer areas and stakeholders; and an active role in the team's technical and behavioral development.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend development with Kotlin and/or Java or frontend development (Angular and React) • Knowledge of system documentation and design • Knowledge of digital product • Experience with modern architectures and reference frameworks • Experience with cloud computing, Twelve-Factor App principles and SOLID principles • Integration via messaging (Kafka / MSK) • Experience with AWS • SQL and NoSQL databases • DevOps and infrastructure as code (Terraform) • Strategies for monitoring and observability, scalability, availability and performance • Knowledge of secure development patterns • Preparation of technical documents, architecture diagrams and executive presentations • Experience with platform cost optimization (FinOps)
