📋 Description

• Drive solutions for Itaú's conversational platform, integrating WhatsApp implementations with the customer service ecosystem and Itaú Intelligence platforms. • Promote a platform product mindset that emphasizes decoupling between applications, focusing on low latency and high performance. • Provide technical guidance and ensure architecture and engineering best practices. • Lead the design of modern, sustainable technological solutions. • Explore new integrations with corporate and technical solutions (reuse). • Share technical knowledge with engineering teams, fostering a continuous learning environment.
