📋 Description

• Manage, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of standard product costs • Participate in standard cost revision cycles • Analyze variances between standard and actual costs • Monitor the components of industrial costs: materials, labor, overhead, logistics, and subcontracting • Ensure the accuracy of bills of materials, routings, labor rates, and master data • Identify cost overruns and develop action plans • Analyze profitability by product, product family, or production line • Ensure the integrity and reliability of industrial and financial data in ERP systems and decision-support tools • Maintain and improve cost structures and financial parameters • Support users in leveraging systems and develop best practices • Participate in digitalization, automation, and Business Intelligence projects • Develop reporting and analysis tools • Assess projected costs for new products and engineering changes • Conduct economic analyses to support investment or product-launch decisions • Monitor project financial assumptions and analyze variances between forecasts and actual results • Identify opportunities to improve product competitiveness • Apply Group financial policies • Participate in SOX controls and internal or external audits • Ensure the reliability of financial processes and management data • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, Business, or Engineering with a specialization in Finance • Ideally, at least 5 years of experience, including significant experience in industrial controlling and/or costing • Experience with standard costs, variance analysis, margins, and industrial performance • Understanding of production environment processes and mechanisms • Experience with an industrial ERP system is essential • Advanced Excel skills • Professional English proficiency sufficient to understand and draft communications and occasionally participate in discussions • Curiosity, rigor, and autonomy • Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D, and Quality teams
