📋 Description

• Manage relevant influencer groups and acquire new target customers • Conduct technical and project-specific consultations • Prepare quotations and concepts • Support complex system proposals and large-scale installations • Systematically follow up on projects and maintain CRM data • Work closely with field sales, service, and internal stakeholders • Handle technical and commercial complaints • Provide cover for team members • Deliver presentations and training sessions • Participate in trade fairs

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-focused, reliable, and communicative working style • Sound HVAC expertise, including knowledge of heating, combustion, refrigeration, and control engineering • Knowledge of relevant market and customer segments • Proficiency in MS Office • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP R/3) is an advantage • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience • Goal-oriented approach, enthusiasm, and ability to work as part of a team • Ability to maintain an overview and act in a solution-oriented manner in challenging situations
