📋 Description

• Serve as part of the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise Team as a consultant to HR teams • Manage the benefits portfolio for ~1000 employees • Design and develop the region’s reward strategy to achieve business goals • Act as a knowledge source on all aspects of compensation and reward • Develop innovative cost-effective approaches to improve and enhance employee reward • Develop pay and reward strategies using benchmarking and market analysis • Lead on all Reward communications for the region

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in compensation and reward positions operating on a multi-country basis • Proven ability in strategic change requirements and compensation & reward solutions • Operating as a center of expertise in a Shared Service environment • Experience with large International companies • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English • Analytical and numerate • Strong organizational skills • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures in Benelux region • Knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel • Ability to travel within the region and wider European area as required
