📋 Description

• Apply your expertise in heat transfer and thermodynamics to develop the next generation of energy-efficient and environmentally friendly HVAC/R systems. • Lead modeling tasks for climate and refrigeration systems and their components, including: • Creation of dynamic component and system models in Modelica • Definition of model requirements • Preparation of test plans • Verification and validation of models • Execution and analysis of simulation studies • Implementation of state-of-the-art approaches for modeling complex, nonlinear processes • Initiate new projects and prepare the required technical documentation • Collaborate with marketing, product development and international teams to understand customer requirements from multiple perspectives.

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years of professional experience in HVAC and/or thermodynamics • Master’s degree or PhD in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering, turbomachinery, electrical engineering, or a related discipline • Strong knowledge of heat transfer and thermodynamics • Experience modeling one-dimensional thermo-fluid systems (1D modeling in Modelica) • Practical experience in the development or application of HVAC/R systems or power plant components • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions
