📋 Description

‱ Take ownership of sales activities and drive performance to achieve the annual order and revenue targets set by the company ‱ Execute go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence ‱ Prepare and manage sales proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission ‱ Handle sales administration tasks, including order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records ‱ Develop and maintain sales forecasts, providing regular updates on pipeline and business outlook ‱ Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction ‱ Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions ‱ Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs ‱ Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience ‱ Has bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical engineering ‱ Experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role ‱ Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills ‱ Ability to manage multiple tenders and proposals simultaneously ‱ Proactive and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
