âą Take ownership of sales activities and drive performance to achieve the annual order and revenue targets set by the company âą Execute go-to-market strategies, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence âą Prepare and manage sales proposals, tenders, and quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely submission âą Handle sales administration tasks, including order processing, documentation, and maintaining accurate sales records âą Develop and maintain sales forecasts, providing regular updates on pipeline and business outlook âą Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction âą Reviews project expenditures to ensure the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions âą Updates project schedules and prepares project management correspondences and documents effectively on all aspects of the implementation phases, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals and RFIs âą Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope
âą Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience âą Has bachelor degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical engineering âą Experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role âą Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills âą Ability to manage multiple tenders and proposals simultaneously âą Proactive and results-driven with the ability to meet sales targets.
