📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of trust and estate matters, including estate planning, administration, probate, and litigation • Serve as the primary professional for assigned clients, handling high-value cases and important client relationships • Review and oversee preparation of fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns • Develop and execute strategies for resolving disputes involving wills, trusts, fiduciary duties, capacity challenges, and asset distribution • Coordinate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other professionals to deliver integrated solutions • Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and tax requirements in applicable jurisdictions • Provide guidance to clients on tax strategy, compliance, and post-tax profit optimization related to estates and trusts • Mentor junior team members to ensure consistent quality and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• CPA licence required • Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus • 7–8+ years of public accounting experience with 60–75% focus on trust and estate work • Experience in reviewing fiduciary, estate, and gift tax returns • Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and convey complex concepts clearly • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, professional environment
