• Own the initial and ongoing workforce planning structure, including supply/demand forecasting models and staffing alignment analyses • Lead the execution of workforce strategies designed to enhance flexibility and scalability • Partner closely with Patient Care, Commercial, Client Success, B2C Marketing, HR, and Finance • Drive the assessment, implementation, and optimization of workforce management tools and productivity software • Analyze workforce trends including attrition, PTO, leaves of absence, and productivity • Provide dashboards and actionable reporting to leadership
• Strong expertise in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity modeling • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in workforce or capacity planning, preferably within healthcare or a fast-scaling technology company • A track record of building scalable workforce strategies that support organizational growth and cost management • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable staffing decisions • Entrepreneurial mindset and resourcefulness • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-growth, dynamic setting • Passion for cross-functional collaboration across operations, sales, client success, data, and product teams
