📋 Description

• Speaking with potential clients and recommending the services that best fit their needs • Booking appointments and helping maximize the schedule • Following up with clients after their appointments • Managing leads and customer information in our CRM • Coordinating with our detailing team throughout the day • Preparing invoices and recording payments • Keeping customer records organized and up to date • Writing professional emails and communicating with clients by phone and text

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience. • Customer service or administrative experience is a huge bonus. • Good computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM systems, spreadsheets, etc.) • Strong written and spoken English • Excellent organizational skills • Interest in cars is a bonus-but definitely not required.
