📋 Description

• Assist in the organization and management of Cartpanda events (company-owned and partner events); • Book airline tickets and make hotel reservations; • Provide support to the team with event-related information and requests; • Communicate directly with suppliers and partners for quotes, coordination, and overall event organization; • Support the creation and assembly of gift kits, rewards, and experience packages.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in events, brand activations, or experiential marketing (experience with digital marketing events is a plus); • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Advanced English; • Availability to travel for company assignments; • Proactivity and autonomy; • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; • Creative and effective communicator.
