📋 Description

• Case IQ helps companies protect their employees, culture, and business through world-class software for uncovering, investigating, and preventing fraud, ethics, harassment, discrimination, and security incidents. • Case IQ counts Fortune 500 companies among its customers, with 20 years of experience mitigating billions of dollars in financial and brand risk. • They’re looking for a technically curious and highly motivated AI Analyst to join our AI Center of Excellence, ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about the potential of AI to transform work. • As an AI Analyst, you will work across business functions to identify automation opportunities, support internal users with AI tools, and build solutions that increase productivity and unlock value for teams. • In this role (remote-first), you will be hands-on in supporting AI-driven use cases, building lightweight automation prototypes, and helping employees leverage the AI tools available to them. You will become a go-to resource and advocate for responsible AI enablement across the company. • What You’ll Do: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their workflows and identify automation or AI assistant opportunities that create measurable impact • Prototype Development: Create simple automations and integrations using Python, Snowflake, and low-code tools (OpenAI Developer platform and Make.com) to demonstrate and deliver value • AI Tool Enablement: Serve as an internal champion for the use of AI assistants, guiding employees in how to use and get value from AI features • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of solutions and support requests, and provide regular reports on usage, value delivered, and user feedback • AI COE Support: Contribute to the AI Center of Excellence by testing new tools, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping scale best practices

🎯 Requirements

• A genuine passion for AI and the curiosity to explore, test, and implement new technologies • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and working knowledge of data platforms like Snowflake • Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and assistant platforms • Strong communication and collaboration skills
