📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for Caseware's web-based SaaS products. • Execute and coordinate functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing. • Collaborate with developers and product specialists to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and improve testability. • Analyze requirements and technical designs to identify risk areas and critical test scenarios. • Investigate, document, and track defects, providing clear reproduction steps and impact analysis. • Continuously improve test coverage, test reliability, and overall QA processes. • Mentor and coach junior SDET team members. • Promote and advocate quality best practices across the engineering organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Mid-level experience (3–5 years) in QA, Test Automation, or SDET roles. • Proven experience testing complex web applications, preferably SaaS products. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. • Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools and frameworks, specifically **Cypress**. • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. • Ability to write clear, maintainable, and well-structured test cases and automation code. • Comfortable working within cross-functional, international teams. • Strong coordination skills and the ability to foster a quality-first mindset across the team. • Professional proficiency in both **Dutch and English**. • **Nice to have:** • Experience in auditing, accounting, financial reporting, or compliance software. • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence. • ISTQB or other QA-related certifications. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and modern web architectures. • Experience contributing to test strategies and quality improvement initiatives.
