📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate agile software development projects from initiation through delivery. • You will be responsible for driving team performance, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with business goals. • This role bridges the gap between business and technology to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. • Act as a servant leader and coach to the Scrum team(s), promoting Agile values and practices. • Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to help them remain focused on their commitments. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. • Act as the primary point of contact between product owners, developers, QA, and other cross-functional stakeholders. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and other stakeholders clearly and effectively. • Align sprint goals with business objectives and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in agile execution. • Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field. • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment. • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps). • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification. • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
