📋 Description

• Individuelle Betreuung von Patient*innen in Nachsorgekonzepten via Caspar-App, Chat und Telefon • Erstellung eines individuellen Trainingsplans nach Bedürfnissen und Wünschen des Patienten • Motivation der Patient*innen zur Therapietreue • Kreative Ideen zur Verbesserung von Strukturen und Prozessen im Team einbringen • Leitung von Gruppenkursen per Video und digitale Live-Webinare oder Präventionsvorträge

🎯 Requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/ Studium zum / zur Therapeut*in (Physiotherapeut*in, Ergotherapeut*in oder Sportwissenschaftler*in) • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Therapeut*in im Reha-Bereich • Erfahrungen in mindestens einem anderen Fachbereich (z.B. Neurologie, Kardiologie, Geriatrie, Gynäkologie, Pneumologie, Onkologie) • Affinität zu digitalen Medien im Gesundheitswesen • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch • Empathisch, kommunikationsstark und wertschätzend • Wohnsitz in Deutschland
